All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship from our international fulfillment center to the United States.

- **Express Shipping:** $19.95 USD (Estimated 5-10 business days)
- **Free Shipping:** We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
Energy Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**Order Tracking**
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@energyhaven.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
