Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with the proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@energyhaven.shop for instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

**Exchanges**
For the fastest service, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item you would like.

**Refunds**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
